      • Identify control measures such as additional training on safe working practices and the use of PPE, or highlighting the importance of early reporting of health concerns.
    • Diagnostic tools and data to help decision-making

At Medigold Health, we are passionate about harnessing the power of technology to collect and present data clearly, helping you to make informed decisions without delay. Thanks to investment in our systems, the process is simple.

      • Our occupational health practitioners use our proprietary health surveillance app to record and track the health of your employees on our bespoke portal.
      • Each individual provides their medical history via an online questionnaire which is annotated by an occupational health technician with recommendations for activities to improve their health and wellbeing. Relevant test results and photographs are also uploaded to the portal.
      • After each appointment, we supply a detailed report for your employee containing the medical assessment results.
      • At the same time, your employee’s line manager or HR team receive a simple summary containing only what they need to know which is whether or not your employee is fit for their job role, and any guidance to support them in working safely.
