Menopause at Work
Develop your awareness of menopause and the potential impact it has on women in your workforce.
Gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to enable women to continue to perform at work and retain their talent in your business.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training Course
Learn how to recognise and respond to the signs and symptoms of a range of mental health conditions. Equip your staff to help others in a crisis with Mental Health First Aid training.
Address mental health stigma and wellbeing in the workplace and show that your organisation takes mental health seriously with this evidence-based mental health training.
• Equip colleagues with the knowledge, skills and confidence to deal sensitively and professionally with people experiencing mental health issues
• Ensure employees have access to the right support in a mental health crisis
• Promote equity and understanding around mental health from different perspectives
• Access to MHF Aider Support App for three years, which provides ongoing learning and support.
MHFA Refresher Course
Maintain CPD levels and refresh your Mental Health First Aid team’s knowledge.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England recommend that those trained in the discipline attend a refresher course to maintain their CPD levels and renew their knowledge every three years. Refresher training can also help MHFA volunteers feel confident about responding to a colleague when the need arises.
• Keep your Mental Health First Aiders up to date with changes so they are knowledgeable in current and appropriate reactions, responses, and support
• Maintain their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) levels and refresh their knowledge of MHFA
• Keep participants feeling confident should they be called upon to provide MHFA assistance.
Mental Wellbeing in the Workplace – For Management & HR
Develop the confidence, strategies and tools to approach, support and manage mental wellbeing at work.
This course combines an overview of mental health conditions and their effects with a range of practical measures which can be put into place.

Supporting Customers with Poor Mental Health
Equip your staff with the skills and confidence to provide high quality service to customers experiencing poor mental health.
This course explores how your team can communicate sensitively, positively and effectively with customers.
• Offer high-quality customer service to customers experiencing poor mental health
• Equip your customer service advisors with the knowledge, skills and confidence to deal sensitively and effectively with customers struggling with their mental wellbeing
• Relevant to those engaging with customers face-to-face and via telephone and online chat
• Develop your employees’ ability to work with customers who are vulnerable and challenging due to their mental health
Suicide First Aid ‘Lite’
This convenient half-day course will equip employees to spot, understand and respond effectively to signs of suicide intentions.
It explores the potential causes of thoughts of suicide ideas and provides tools and knowledge to help someone with suicidal thoughts stay safe.
• Explore the theory and practice of suicide prevention skills
• Gain the appropriate tools to respond to those in suicide crisis
• Can be applied in any professional or personal setting
• Endorsed by the UK ‘Skills for Health’ framework
60 minute – mental health & wellbeing interactive bitesize learning sessions
