Mental Health Toolkits: For Businesses, Managers, and Individuals – Coming Soon!
Having received so much positive feedback on our recently released Neurodiversity Toolkit, we’re thrilled to announce that we have a whole new range of resources in development, this time focused on mental health.
Mental health is a prominent concern in modern workplaces. In the UK, it is estimated that around 30–40% of sickness absence is attributable to some form of mental illness, which has become a major cause of occupational ill health and poor productivity. Approximately 17.9 million working days are lost each year due to work-related stress, depression or anxiety.
In today’s fast-paced and often stressful work environments, it’s imperative that employers prioritise providing effective mental health support for their people. Creating a supportive workplace culture can significantly benefit your employees’ wellbeing, productivity and overall job satisfaction, while also helping to reduce absenteeism, presenteeism and high turnover rates.
Our Mental Health Toolkits have been developed to help you do just that!
Who are our toolkits designed for?
Our suite of toolkits – currently in their final stages of development – have each been designed with a specific audience in mind. They aim to equip your managers, HR teams, individual employees and your business as a whole with the knowledge, tools and resources to support mental health at every level of your organisation.
