Supporting Customers with Poor Mental Health Course

Workplace mental health courses
Our mental health training courses are designed to help you develop better mental health awareness across your organisation and offer more comprehensive mental health support at work. They will equip you with the knowledge, confidence and tools to implement practical, preventative strategies that will increase workplace wellbeing and reduce the impact of mental ill health on your business.

Why is mental health training important in the workplace?
Mental health training is crucial for fostering a supportive work environment where employees can thrive. It equips your team with the skills to recognise and address mental health challenges, reducing absenteeism, enhancing productivity, and creating a workplace culture that values wellbeing.
One of the most significant challenges confronting UK organisations is the impact of poor mental health. Shockingly, 1 in 4 workers grapple with mental health issues, and 1 in 5 feel unable to manage workplace stress.
In addition to its toll on employees’ lives, these challenges also bear a significant financial burden on UK businesses. Work-related stress is now costing the economy £28 billion annually and is one of the leading causes of absence, with over 12% of employees taking days off as a result.
Our mental health training programmes can help equip your leaders, managers, and colleagues with the knowledge and skills to spot the signs of poor mental health in the workplace and provide the right support to those who may be struggling. In turn, they can deliver wider benefits for your organisation, helping you to reduce absence, boost productivity, and demonstrate your commitment to prioritising the health and wellbeing of your workforce.

What Mental Health Training courses do we offer?
As well as improving your employees’ knowledge and understanding of common mental health conditions and their effects, our courses will equip them with the skills and confidence they need to be able better to support their own and others’ mental wellbeing, so that you can reduce absence, boost productivity and create a positive mental health culture that allows every employee to thrive.
