Our specialist in-house advisors can work with you to create a new policy and workplace procedure or help you to review and develop your existing one to ensure compliance with current health and safety requirements and fulfils employment law and data protection obligations.
Counselling and support services
We believe that employers should support employees with alcohol or drug dependency by providing initial guidance for sensitive management, arranging confidential specialist assessments to determine the best treatment approach, facilitating counselling contracts and support, and assisting in managing the counselling program to help the employee return to normal work promptly.
