Our in-house laboratory services Matrix Diagnostics is accredited to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO27001:2013 certified by Alcumus ISOQAR.

Our in-house laboratory Matrix Diagnostics products are manufactured in a facility which has ISO 13485:2016. This covers the design, development and manufacturing processes related to in vitro diagnostic test kits and the reagents that are used in both the diagnosis and management of disease status.

SEQOHS – Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service accreditation provides independent recognition that the service provider has demonstrated their competence to deliver against the SEQOHS standards.

RISQS – The Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme is a safety accreditation and supplier pre-qualification service used by buyers of all products and services throughout the UK rail industry.

COHPA – Commercial Occupational Health Providers Association accreditation demonstrates a commitment to supporting the growth of the occupational health industry.

MHFA – All our MHFA trainers are quality-assured instructors who have attended the Mental Health First Aid Association Instructor Training programme, accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health.

SFA:USI – Suicide First Aid – Understanding Suicide Intervention is the UK’s National Accredited Unit of Learning at level 4 in Suicide Prevention and is accredited by City & Guilds.

CPD – All our drug & alcohol awareness courses meet the recognised Continuing Professional Development standards and benchmarks for learning value and quality, which ensure that professionals are enhancing their knowledge by attending.

TAP – All our trainers have attended the TAP Learning and Development Course which certifies that they have the expert knowledge and skills required to deliver interactive, participative and effective training.

Achilles UVDB is the accreditation for the UK utility sector, enabling the Achilles’ supplier pre-qualification system to manage the risks that are associated with the supply chain and also to comply with EU laws.

Our in-house laboratory services Matrix Diagnostics is registered with UVDB (Utility Vendor Database) (UK).

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency regulates medicines, medical devices and blood components for transfusion in the UK. MHRA is an executive agency, sponsored by the Department of Health and Social Care.

All our tests, conducted in our in-house laboratory at Matrix Diagnostics, are MHRA registered as part of the IN VITRO DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL DEVICES REGULATIONS 2002: REGULATION 44 that covers the registration of manufacturers of these devices, as well as devices used in performance evaluation.
